To empower young girls by introducing them to diverse career opportunities in the jewellery industry. The program aims to create awareness about craftsmanship, design, marketing, and retail management roles, and offer internship opportunities to nurture interested students’ skills and aspirations.

- All students will be given 5 minutes to sum up their experience on a piece of paper, they’ll also be asked to write about their interest in the workshop and why they’d like to be a part of it, on the basis of this, students can be picked for various workshop opportunities.
